It's best for me to see what you need done. I will break down the whole job into specific processes and areas. Then I estimate the time and material necessary for each process and add them up to give you a price and schedule on the spot. With the job broken down it is then possible to discuss options, even over the phone. |

How soon can you start?
I'm pretty flexible and my customers usually are also. Please call. Perhaps we can fit your job in very soon.
How quickly can you finish it?
It depends on the amount and type of work you have and how many people you want on your project. Anyway, you need a proposal first. Please call to discuss.

Home owners
For small projects in your home I'd prefer to do the work myself. If you need faster completion I can call in professionals I've known and worked with before. I stay on the job with them. I do not subcontract, hire unknown day labor, or send other people to your home. I show up at the agreed time and stay committed to making your home the way you want it with minimum inconvienience to you.
Commercial
I love the scheduling challenge and variety of painting offices, stores, etc. While your needs may require me hiring new people very quickly, my commitment to your timing and quality needs remain personal.

...make small repairs around the house?
- Generally, yes! I'd like to fix those annoying little problems that are too small for you to call a specialist.
...install mouldings?
- For excellent carpentry and more extensive repairs you need Ray Wood. His truck is packed with so many great tools, he knows how to use them, and his rates are very reasonable. Ray's number is 240-447-1727
...hang wallpaper?
- Not really. I strip and prepare walls for wallcovering. I don't hang paper but I will hang vinyl in a pinch.
...sponge paint, rag roll, marbleize and apply other special effects?
- Not really. I've done very little of this. I suggest you call either Dave Mills Wall2wallpaint.com or

...paint my exterior or powerwash my deck?
- I do a few exteriors and decks every year but I usually refer such work to Joe Earls at 240-876-3620

It's very important that you'll be happy with your color long after I'm gone. I do not pick colors. I can tell you what others have picked, give you chips, and put up test samples in various areas.  I'm willing to wait for you to see them at different times of day. I don't usually have a crew that needs all the paint on the first day of the job.
